Returns Policy

We hope that you are pleased with any purchase you make from HA Designer Shoes.However, should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase please take the following steps:

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will be processed within seven days of receipt of the goods. This means the credit to a payment card may take up to ten working days from receipt of goods.

Refunds on returns are subject to goods being returned in saleable condition or in the event of faulty goods – subject to inspection and agreement of HA Designer Shoes.

To arrange a return

Email us at returns@hadesignershoes.co.uk stating your order number, details of shoes to be returned and reason for return.Returns emails need to be received within 7 days of delivery date. Upon receipt of this email reply with details on how to return your items.
